We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible. Delivery is handled by Printful, Inc.’s shipping service. Ordered items are typically delivered within 21 days of receiving the order. However, this delivery timeframe cannot be guaranteed.

All items are packed and shipped only after payment has been received. Printful, Inc. ensures that your order is thoroughly packed so that all your purchases are shipped in perfect condition.

Delivery is handled by a certified postal carrier in your jurisdiction.

Unless otherwise agreed or expressly stated, goods are delivered to the customer’s residence within 21 days of receiving the order. This is done at the address provided by the customer when placing the order. This delivery timeframe is purely indicative: failure to meet the delivery timeframe shall not give rise to any compensation on the part of PhDesigns, as delivery times are provided for informational purposes only and without any obligation.

The Customer must immediately report any visible damage and/or quality defect in an item, or any other issue with the delivery, to PhDesigns. The Customer is required to inspect the delivered goods upon receipt. If the delivered goods do not comply with the agreement (incorrect delivery, insufficient quantity, or damage), the Customer must report this to PhDesigns via email immediately after delivery of the goods. The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer as soon as they (or a third party designated by them, who is not the carrier) have physically taken possession of the goods.
